He is survived by: his father Don Howell; his son Jess Edward Howell Jr.; his siblings, Teresa Howell, Tessie Howard, Jonathan Eddings and Jennifer Nix; and his grandchildren, Haley Howell, Kristen Howell and Jaxon Howell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
