He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Floyd "Sonny" Barnes. He is survived by: his mother Lova Dee Barnes; his brother Sammy Barnes; the mother of his children Paula; his sons, Matthew Barnes, Joey Barnes (Madison) and Michael Barnes; his niece Brandi Neal; and his nephew Gunner Barnes. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and a host of cousins, friends.
