We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2022, at the age of 90, Jeannine Owens Phelps (Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Parkdale, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gayle Owen. She is survived by: her sister Dell Marie Hegi (Gene); her children, Jo Kelly (Frank) and Don Phelps (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Jay Kelly (Emily), Kelsey Suskie (Trey) and Garrett Phelps. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Jeannine asked that memorials be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72210, in honor of her cat, Felix, a rescue cat and companion of many years, or to your favorite charity.
