She was predeceased by: her parents, William Waters and Esther Waters (Tackett); her husband James Efton Stillians; her son James Edward Stillians; her granddaughter Heather Jean Stillians; her son-in-law Jud Williams; and her siblings, Charles, James, Billy, Joe, Johnny, Ruby, Hazel, Betty and Mae.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Williams; her grandchildren, David Rand (Liz), Johnny Williams and Shannon Shumaker (Cyrus); her great grandchildren, Mike (Alexia), Jason, Angel, Jimmy, Amillia, Grace, Judley and Faith; her brother Albert Waters (Joyce); her sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Baker and Marene Hearst; and her cousin Barbara Jean Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
