She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Hinson and Willie Lee Hinson (Billie); her husband Joseph L. Harris; and her brother Roy L. Hinson. She is survived by: her nephews, Dr. R. Lee Hinson (Marsha) and Dr. C. Wallace Hinson (Jennifer); her great-nephew Alex Hinson (Hannah); her great-niece Katherine Hinson (Fallon); her sisters-in-law, Dot Hinson and Linda Clements; her cousin Dot Moffett; her goddaughter Jessica Tovar (Miguel); and also Caroline.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (6707 Dollarway Rd, Pine Bluff, AR 71602).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Baptist Children's Home in Monticello, Arkansas or First Baptist Church Little Rock.
