She was predeceased by: her parents, William R Burris and Retha Burris; and her son-in-law Peter Pala. She is survived by: her husband Steve Ferguson; her daughters, Paula Pala and Gannon Ferguson Belcher; her grandchildren, Hunter Pala and Penny Pala; her brothers, Paul Burris (Glenda) and Rick Burris (Kathie); her siblings-in-law, Susan Ferguson and Don Ferguson (Sue); and her nieces and nephews, Dave, Kate Burris, Jessica Boyd, Tamie Cochran and Janet Ferguson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the East Union Missionary Baptist Church (20422 N Springlake Rd, Hensley, AR 72065). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (7216 Old Stage Coach Rd, Alexander, AR 72002).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the East Union Church Youth Programs, an initiative close to Jana's heart.
