He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffrey Lynn Harlan. He is survived by: his parents, Jan Austin Harlan, Sr. and Eunice Jane Dreher; his children, Jonathan Harlan (Vanessa) and Mandy Persons (Tim); his brother Jason Harlan; and the mother of his children Marsha Harlan. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
