He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Wilkerson and Eura Wilkerson (Scott); his wife Kay C. Wilkerson; and his siblings, Lex Wilkerson, Nina Ruth Bolton and Lilly Jo Culver.
He is survived by: his children, John C. (Kathy Wilkerson) of Georgia and Jane A. Wilkerson of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Michael, Amanda and Kayla Wilkerson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
