He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Helen Patton (Mobby); his sisters, Eva Elizabeth Patton and Janeane Brasuell (Patton); and his son Christopher Patton.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Shepard (Randall); his stepson Gunner McGathy (Alli); his sisters, Pam Jolly (Jim) and Tammy Jones; his sister-in-law Shannon Williams (David); his mother-in-law Ojuana Thomas; his grandchildren, Jora, Kannon, Josi Henson and Lia Grace; and also Mike.
