He is survived by: his children, Michael (Alabama), Roslyn (Arkansas), Kenneth (El Paso), Keith (Arkansas), Rodrick (Memphis), Nicole (Arizona) and Jermaine (Texas); and his siblings, Benjamin Crutchfield (Nevada), Booker Crutchfield (Texas) and Teresa Bailey (California). He is also survived by thirty grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
