He is survived by: his wife Nancy Horne; his children, Lasundra Hall, Monice Horne, Jasmine Horne, Sherry Horne and Jamie Horne; and his siblings, Barbara Fornby, Jeanette Horne, Sandra Smith, Carolyn Horne, LaVonda Crutcher, Michael Horne and Joe Horne. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
