He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Doyle Bledsoe and Mildred Bledsoe. He is survived by: his wife Cecile Herndon; his children, Greg of Little Rock, Sara Bledsoe of Little Rock, Samuel of Little Rock, Kelly Bledsoe of Little Rock and Tricia Freije (Shawn Kenney) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Reagan, Taylor, Joshua, Harper, Jaden, Maddox, Emery, Asher, Tatum and Hannah; his siblings, Ben (Susan), Bob (Carol), Nancy Chandler (Don) and Millie Rollins (Keith); and also, Patricia Waters (Van) and Camille Ward (Brad).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Anglican Church (8300 Kanis Rd, Little Rock, AR 72204). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
