He is survived by: his wife Alice; his siblings, Maxine Whittington and Jerry (Sara); his children, Mike Bowden (Sarah) of Little Rock and Marilyn Johnson (Mickey) of Plano, TX.; and his grandchildren, Ivey Bowden Janecek (Jason), Kasey Johnson, Cullen Bowden (Katie), Robin Johnson Webb (Jeremy), Morgan Bowden Rush (Barry) and Walker Bowden (Lindsey).
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to Immanuel Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
