He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Johnson and Myrtle Johnson; and his brother James Johnson. He is survived by: his family Alice Johnson; his children, Connie Sayler (Mark), Steve Johnson (Bridget) and Karen Kremers (Steve); his grandchildren, Stevi Swift (Ryan), Chelsey Castleberry (Brandon), Erin Kremers and Rick Sayler; his stepgrandsons, Jeremy Boldt (Alisen) and Clint Boldt (Melanie); his great grandchild Alice Castleberry; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Eila, Willow, Sky and River Boldt; and his wife Alice Ann Amundson.
