She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McDaniel and Vesta LaFerney; and her brother James Coleman Thurman. She is survived by: her spouse Sherell Junior Dugger; and her children, Shirley Marie, Gary Stephen and Patricia Annette. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
