He is survived by: his wife Susan White Sullivan; his sons, Lex (Missy) and Daniel; his siblings, Tim Sullivan of Little Rock and Cindy Ferguson of Fayetteville; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn F. White of Sammamish Washington and Kenneth White (Cindy Abbott) of Perryville; his uncle Dr. Neil; and his aunt Jeweldean Treece of Fort Smith. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
