He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Louis Delatte, Sr. (Helen Estelle Olivieri Delatte) and Irish Channel; his siblings, Helen Catherine Delatte and Richard Louis Delatte, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Kerrigan Delatte and Gerald B. Chatelain.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia of Little Rock; his children, Gerard "Jay" Anthony Delatte, Jr. (Deborah) of McKinney, Karen Delatte Spruell (Martin) of Little Rock and Aimee Delatte Shelby (Michael) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jordan, Jason Delatte, Hanna, Joshua Fry, Halaina, Hudson Spruell, Porter, Jack and Matthew Shelby; and his sister Mary Agnes Chatelain of Tampa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and precious godchildren.
