He is survived by: his wife Roxella Page; his son Darrell Page; his stepson Keith Smith; his daughters, Paula, Sherry, Teresa and Tina; his stepdaughters, Debbie Choate and Becki Self; and his siblings, Jesse Page, Janice, Laveda and Dorothy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
