He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clark Marsh and Mary Isabelle Cottingham Marsh; and his wife Jane Sue Marsh. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Grayson (Keith) of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Stephen Marsh (Cathy) of Cabot, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Matthew E. Marsh, Lauren M. Grayson and Shannon D. Grayson; and his great grandchild Lincoln C. Marsh. He is also survived by ses other relatives and many friends.
