He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Watts Jr. and Elnora Gaines; and his brother Odell Watt. He is survived by: his wife Louise Robinson-Watts; his daughter Stephanie Watts; the mother of his child Rosetta Robinson-Watts; his daughter Maurita Watts of North Carolina; the mother of his children Toni Watts; and his brother William Watt. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
