We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2023, at the age of 81, Frank Turley of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Turley and Arlene Turley; and his sisters, Dianne Schanbacher and Judy Mugnani. He is survived by: his grandson Alex; his children, Marcus Turley (Shannon) and Kristine Hokett (Skip); his nephew Kevin Anderson (Mark); and his granddaughter Alexandra Hokett.
