She was predeceased by: her father Albert J. Fulmer; her sons, Mark Tullos and Ralph Tullos; and her siblings, Wilma Violet Fulmer, ArraWanna Taylor, Lavene Gentry, Emily Rye, Vivian Fort and Curtis Fulmer.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Tullos, Yvonne Tullos Hanle and Marie Tullos; and her siblings, Carlin Fulmer, Christine Grissom and Cheryl David. She is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
