She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Smith, Sr.; and her parents, Andrew Staggers, Sr. and Mattie Lee Staggers. She is survived by: her sons, Clarence Smith, Jr. (Lovely) and Johnny Dee Smith, Sr. (Tammie); and her siblings, Tommie Staggers (Patsy), Rev. Larry Staggers (Cleon), Gwendolyn Slater and Regina Staggers. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
