He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob King and Carrie Pierce King; and his siblings, Charles King, Lucille McReynolds, Daisy King and Margie Rice.

He is survived by: his sisters, Glynda Lloyd of Little Rock and Carolyn Outzs (Ronnie) of Poyen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
