She was predeceased by: her son Jack "Deacon" Meadows; and her parents, Don Leslie and Sue Leslie. She is survived by: her children, Jared Meadows (Dawn) of Benton, Arkansas and Heather Brewer (Jeff) of Benton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jared Adam Meadows Jr., Olivia Meadows and Jade Rorie; her great grandchild Lilith Fedor; and her brother Tommy Leslie (Debbie) of Cabot, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
