He is survived by: his wife Irene Small; his children, Clint Small (Cristy), Dustee Small, Kimberly Tinner (Eric) and Brian Newberry (Sarah); his grandchildren, Peyton, Katelyn, Athena, Theo, Kain, Maddie, Christian, Ty and Hunter; and his siblings, James Small Jr., Gary Small (Shelly), Larry Small, Wanda Morrison and Billie Goldstein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
