He is survived by: his significant other Eleanor Massie of Little Rock; his children, Kay (Gary Comer) of Little Rock and Steve (Debbi); his grandsons, David Manes, Brian Manes (Nicole) and Jeff Manes; and his great grandchildren, Zelda of Pittsburgh, PA. and Aurora of Pittsburgh, PA..
Don received his Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University in 1960, which he attended as an Edward John Noble Foundation Fellow.
