Johnston; his son Ken; his wife Ann Wilkinson Johnston; and his children, Elizabeth Suzanne Johnston (Betsy), Don Edwin Johnston, Jr., Kenneth R. Johnston, D. Don, Jr. (Widayanti), Rachel, Hannah, Michelle and Jack.
