He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughter Cynthia Skinner (Bill); his grandchildren, Trey Skinner (Sue), Casey Don Skinner and Amanda Hill (David) of Little Rock; his great grandchild Samantha Kay Skinner; his stepgrandchildren, Robert Skinner (Crystal) and Brenda Duggins (John); his stepgreat-grandson Jonathan Duggins; his stepgranddaughter Brooklyn Duggins; and his siblings, Ray Hightower (Kathy) of Little Rock, Alberta Pearson of Little Rock and Hazel Wilding of Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
