He is survived by: his mother Clarene Burnett Swearingen of Little Rock; his daughter Davi Lea Swearingen Smith (Dennis); his grandchildren, Emma and John David Smith; his nieces, Beth McDonald Toland (Chad) of Little Rock and Ann McDonald Polson (Preston) of Rogers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Gracen, Lauren Toland of Little Rock, Luke, Will and Andrew Polson of Rogers.
