It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Neal Files of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Ellen Files (Nate); his wife Connie Files; and his siblings, Sandy, Sharon and Bob Files.
