He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Aimee Smashey (David) of Bolivar, Missouri, Lisa Deckard (Darrell) of Republic, Missouri, Holly Holt (David Cabrera) of Houston and Andrea Heflin (Jay) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his sister Carol Davis of Southhaven, Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Hannah Lewis (Tyler), Anna Heflin, Sofia Smashey, Will Deckard (Ashley), Ben Heflin, Ian Deckard (Kaytlin) and Emery Smashey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
