He was predeceased by: his father Bobby; and also Susan Forsyth Bauman. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Rabbi Katie Bauman (Adam Eckstein) and Dr. Annie Bauman (Dylan White); his grandchildren, Gracie and Sammy Eckstein; his siblings, Steve Bauman (Jill) and Merrill Stern (Mike); his aunt Judy Grundfest; and his cousin Suzi Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins, friends.
