He is survived by: his children, Doug Middleton (Carmon), Paula Kay Jones, Tammy Loda Hull and Danielle Paula Middleton; and his siblings, William Middleton (Anna), Elizabeth Sanderson (Jack) and Loda Schreckhise. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
