She was predeceased by: her husband Tommee Hatak; her parents, James Bulthuis and Elaine Bulthuis; her grandparents, Henry, Veronica Garstkiewicz, Pieter and Elizabeth Bulthuis; and her close friends, Wayne (Twig) and Renee Krall.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy, Arlo Cyz, Thomas and Crystal Hatak; her niece Cynthia Gosney (Brad); her siblings, Sharon Ahls, Tammy Tanner, Nicholas and Keith Bulthuis; her grandchildren, Samantha Rudd (Cody), Stephanie, Tyler, Peyton, Daniel (Sarah), Reign, Jennifer, Liam, Veronica, Carmen Cyz and Robert Seeman (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Adrian, Reese and Justin Seeman; and her friends, Marie Ewald, Steve Shorner and Laura McGuffey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause close to her heart.
