He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellie Veree Hales Baker and Marl Jefferson Baker; his son Michael Anton Baker; and his brothers, Columbus Franklin Baker (Thelma) and Donnie Ray Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Pauline Baker; his siblings, Marvin Cleo Baker (late Vera), James Luther Baker (Helen), Charley Glenn Baker (Sharon), Mark Stephen Huff (Debbie), Rosie Marleyne Barnes (Bob), Martha Baker Jackson and Linda Faye Smith (Ernie); and his children, Terrance Wayne Baker, Crystal Kaye Griggs (Tim), Joe Boyd King (LeeAnn), James Allen King, Julie Suzanne King Vandiver and Sharlyn Ruth Baker. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
