He was predeceased by: his sister Ashlyn. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Gerber and Misty Johnson; his stepparents, Kyle and Laura; his grandparents, Barbara and Johnny Anders; his aunts, Laurinda, Teresa and Kathryn; and his uncle Michael.
