He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford E. McCloy, Sr. and Mary Cathryn McCloy. He is survived by: his wife Melody Ann Nangle McCloy; and his children, Clifford E. McCloy, III of Fayetteville, AR, Cathryn E. Swartzwelder of Conway, AR, Elizabeth S. Schundler of Nahant, MA and Melissa A. Schafhauser of Clinton, NJ. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
