It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Claudine Waters of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Center Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alec Hill and Lillie Williams Hill; her husband George Kenneth Waters; and her daughter Jo-Ellen Waters Breedlove. She is survived by: her son-in-law Jack Breedlove; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dilday (Jim), Jana Lane (Keith) and Kenneth Breedlove (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Lillie Winbury, Theresa Scholz, Ryan Massey, Mason Hall, Matthew, Ali and Gavin Breedlove; and her sisters-in-law, Martha Waters and Wanda Hill. She is also survived by three great, great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Baptist Church.
