It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Fiser of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Dale and Alice Dale; and her brother-in-law Calvin Wilkins. She is survived by: her children, Robb Fiser of Sugar Land and Chuck Fiser (Anita) of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Lilly, Hill Fiser of Texas and Avery; her children, Charlie and Andrew Fiser of Little Rock; her sister Margaret Wilkins; her nephews, Dale, Thomas and Louis Wilkins; and her brother-in-law Paul Fiser (Gayle).
