He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Baker and Urban Baker (Sparks); his stepfather David Riley; and his sister-in-law Natalie Baker. He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Jewell Lowe of Prattsville, AR.; his brothers, Robert Baker (Carol) and Michael Baker (Lois); and his children, Julie Menke (Paul), Betsy Eliason (Scott), Troy Baker (Kim), Susan Baker and John Baker (Kristine).
