He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his child Paige Skelton (Will); his granddaughter Emma; his sons, Charles Nicholas Thompson and Junior (C. J.); and his siblings, Bill Thompson (Marianne), Mike Thompson (Pam) and Nancy Herdlinger (David). He is also survived by many many cousins, nieces and nephews.
