It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Henry Fowler of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Fowler and Hazel Michael Fowler; his wife Charlene; his children, Steven Lynn Fowler (Ana) of Russellville and Sheila Galatowitsch (Manfred) of Little Rock; his stepbrother Calvin Billingsley (Phyllis) of Mulberry; and his extended Van Zandt. He was also cherished by three grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
