He was predeceased by: his parents, Norvelle Fletcher, and Colton Fletcher, Sr.; his sisters, Mary Fields, Margaret Wilson and Diana Williams; and his daughter Amber Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Shanga Fletcher (Tanja), Charles Baker, Carlos Fletcher, Romere Knight and Shannon Chapman (Kortney); and his siblings, James Fletcher, Sr. (Cassandra), Colton Fletcher, Jr., Rosemary Mems (Allen) and Denese Fletcher. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
