It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Downen of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Sheridan, Arkansas, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Leon Downen and Nancy Downen of Little Rock; his pet Jaxson; his wife Mary Downen of Little Rock; and his brother Randy Downen (Kathleen) of Bryant.
