He is survived by: his children, Charles Higgins Jr. and Mayavi Pearl Higgins; and his siblings, Larita Williams, Gary Higgins Sr. (Deloris), Ray Higgins, Lisa Kirk (Jesse), Eddie Higgins Jr. (Sonya), Brenda Jackson, Terry Higgins (Melissa), Sharon Shelton and Latisha Higgins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM at the Hardy Funeral Home (5300 W 12th St, Little Rock, AR 72204). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Moody Chapel A. M. E. Church (5630 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock, AR 72209).
