She is survived by: her husband Robert Henry (Bob); her daughters, Elizabeth, Caroline and Ashley; her parents, Carole Cook and Charlie Cook of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her brother Charles Cook III (Katy); her niece Ellie Cook; her nephew Charles Cook IV of Jacksonville, Florida.; and her pet Jax.
