She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Hickok and Ruth Hickok (Jensen). She is survived by: her husband Dennis Hackbart; her children, Pam Dean (Rob) of Chicago and Mike Hackbart (Sharon) of Little Rock, AR; her grandsons, Patrick and Benjamin of Chicago, IL.; and her brother Jerry Hickok of Urbandale, IA..
