He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Denise Evans (Cary Evans), Jeffery Evans (Viv), Anthony Evans (Alondra) and Phillip Evans (Natalie Evans); his brother Wesley Evans (Judy); and his pets, Wilson and Murphy. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
