He is survived by: his wife Carol Keys (Ludwig); his sons, Slade Keys of Las Vegas and Burk Keys (Kelly) of Siloam Springs; his grandchildren, Marley of Siloam Springs, Hunter of Siloam Springs and Jenna of Siloam Springs; his brother Bill Keys of Boise, Idaho; his cousin Julie Wright (Sam Ermey); his caregiver Christina; and also, Jon Thomas, Caroline and Elizabeth of Monroe, Louisiana..
